Founder and Chief Chef of Bloomsbury Bakehouse Devika Shah's passion for baking began in school before her quest to learn the craft took her to Le Cordon Bleu, London to earn a Diplome de Patisserie. Chef Devika cut her teeth learning from the best pastry chefs at Le Cordon Bleu, London before returning to her hometown Bombay.

Chef Devika makes each of her creations from scratch, using the highest quality mostly locally sourced ingredients, and tailored to each client’s unique preferences.
