Please Note - We are a small home run team and have all hands on deck to cater to you as fast as possible while handling multiple orders. We will notify you on call/WhatsApp once your order is ready to be shipped. We request you to make the pickup arrangements accordingly. We do not take responsibility for your order once it leaves our kitchen.
Every dessert we serve is delicate and sensitive to temperature. They cannot be left unsupervised for longer than ten to fifteen minutes at room temperature. Only air-conditioned vehicles may be used for delivery or pickup. If not otherwise instructed, please keep the cake box upright at all times and refrigerate it as soon as it arrives. After refrigeration, the dessert can be left out for 30 to 45 minutes before serving to allow it to soften.
We strongly advise against using common transportation or pick-up services like We Fast, Swiggy, Dunzo, and others that could expose the dessert to heat as these could seriously harm the product. We disclaim all liability for any harm that results from transportation. If you choose to book any common delivery service nonetheless, you will be doing so entirely at your own risk.
Any fresh/seasonal fruit and berries we use in our products are subject to availability. They may be sweet and sour in taste depending on the stock.
